Personnel and Experience <br />Biographies: <br />• Vladimir Bugera (Project management, Data analysis, Web design) <br />Dr. Bugera is Business Leader with 10+ Years of advanced analytics and project management <br />experience. Vladimir is currently Finance Director with consulting company Expert Center LLC <br />helping international clients expand their businesses to United States. Prior to joining Expert <br />Center, he was in various roles managing financial reporting and data analysis capabilities with a <br />global financial services provider American Express. Vladimir holds Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance <br />and Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida and M.Sc. and B.Sc in Applied <br />Mathematics & Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He was born in Russia. <br />• Peter Toth (Operations, Events) <br />Peter Toth is Executive Manager with 15+ years business experience at multinational companies <br />(Grundfos, Telemedia InteracTV, DHL, GE), managed up to 1,000 + employees, wide range of <br />functions (Finance, Show Production, HR, Transportation and Logistics, Supply- chain, Operations, <br />Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service and Audit team) and worked on multiple <br />locations (US, UK and Hungary). Currently, Peter leads Miami New Construction Showto promote <br />real estate development in southern Florida. Mr. Toth focuses on determining strategy and <br />leading team to deliver excellent quality and high level of customer satisfaction. Strong desire to <br />achieve results through inspired people that feel part of a team with a common purpose. Peter <br />was born in Hungary. <br />Sergey Ignatyev (Arts & Cultural affairs) <br />Sergey Ignatyev is an Uzbek artist and human rights defender living in Miami, FL. He received his <br />art degree from the National College of Arts in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in 1977. His paintings <br />achieved strong recognition in the art community during his work at Tashkent Theatre and Arts <br />Institute in 1980s. Sergey had to immigrate to the United States in 1988 to avoid political <br />prosecution due to his opposition of art censorship by the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan. In <br />Miami, he cooperated with various art galleries and designer companies including Deco <br />Production, Barton G, and Me Productions. In 2008, Sergey Ignatyev joined the Association for <br />Human Rights in Central Asia. In 2011, he joined the Board of Founders of the Association, and is <br />the official representative of the Association in the USA and Coordinator of the project "Arts and <br />91 <br />
