Community Events: Our plan includes conduct of 4 large scale community events with free <br />participations of the city residents at average cost of $10,000 per event. Concept of the event <br />will be proposed by the core team and reviewed and approved by the oversight committee of the <br />Executive Director of the Sunny Isles Beach Foundation. This events will be linked with <br />important aspects of cultural development such as Fashion, Food, Wine, Art, Artists/ <br />Performers, Design, Music, Sport. Examples of the events are: Full moon party at the beach <br />with fire show entertainment; Kids and family game competitions at the park; Fashion show. <br />Demographic diversity of the events will be maintained through proper targeting within <br />international communities of the city. The events can be free of charge or with nominal value <br />tickets ($5 -20) to cover additional costs. <br />• Total Combined Cost: $40,000 <br />9. Philanthropy Events: In order to attract many billionaires in Sunny Isles Beach, events <br />should be unique and extraordinary, including the exquisite locations. Our plan includes <br />conduct of 5 small scale philanthropy events targeting affluent members of the community <br />and potential donors at average cost of $5,000 per event. Concept of the event will be <br />proposed by the core team and reviewed and approved by the oversight committee of the <br />Executive Director of the Sunny Isles Beach Foundation. Examples of the events can be <br />Afternoon at the Aqualina Penthouse with piano player light appetizer and drinks about 100 <br />people with cost per ticket $1000- $2000; Evening at the Porsche Tower with the fashion <br />concept (invite famous fashion designer) with cost per ticket $1000- $3000; Golf fundraising; <br />and School fundraisers. <br />• Total Combined Cost: $25,000 <br />30.
