NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMNIISS1ON OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: H. INCORPORATION OF RECITALS All recitals above are incorporated into the bode of this Resolution as if same were fully set forth herein. HL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS: Based on an analysis of the application and the standards for approval for a site plan modification under the Land Development Regulations, the Cite Commission makes the following findings and conclusions: A. The Applicant's request for site plan modification is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. W. APPROVAL A. The Applicant's request for a new traffic circulation pattern for ingress and egress of trucks on Collins Avenue is hereby approved subject to all of the conditions set forth in Section V below. B. The Applicant's request for an ingress for customer vehicles from Collins Avenue with an elimination of customer vehicles egress onto Collins Avenue is hereby approved subject to all of the conditions set forth in Section V below. C. The Applicant's request for a solid roof covering is hereby approved subject to all of the conditions set forth in Section V below. D. The Applicant's request for a modification to the requirement to underground utilities alone 183`d Street to Collins Avenue to exclude the area adjacent to the gas station property is hereby approved subject to all of the conditions set forth in Section V below. V. CONDITIONS Conditions to be completed before demolition, below grade or building permits are issued. That the plans in the approval be substantially in accordance with that submitted for public hearing, which are entitled "Site Plan Modification for Sunny Isles Publix", prepared by Consultine and Engineering and Science. Inc. and Fisher and Associates. LLC. consisting of 12 sheets dated June 30. 2015 and the Landscape Plan consisting of 4 sheets and prepared by Witkin Hults Design Group dated June 30._2015.
