Mayor Samson said that <br /> if tennis courts were put in any lighting that was placed could not inconvenience the <br /> neiehbors. <br /> Vice-Mayor Turetsky moved and Commissioner Kauffman seconded a motion to approve <br /> the request with the conditions suggested by staff and made during the meeting. The <br /> motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 in favor as Resolution No. 99-Z-35. <br /> Vote: Commissioner Iglesias yes <br /> Commissioner Kauffman yes <br /> Commissioner Morrow yes <br /> Vice-Mayor Turetsky yes <br /> Mayor Samson ves <br /> 4. Mayor Samson said that at the 2°d Budget Hearing on September 16, 1999, he would be <br /> asking to purchase a camera, screen, and wireless microphone to assist in public <br /> presentations before the City Commission, to facilitate the ability of the public to see the <br /> diagrams or models at the same time that they are being shown to the Commission. <br /> B. Mayor Samson said that the Citizens Planning Advisory Committee will convene soon. <br /> 5.
