CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Samson at 7:02 p.m. with the following officials being <br /> present: <br /> Mayor David Samson <br /> Vice Mayor Irving Turetsky <br /> Commissioner Danny Iglesias <br /> Commissioner Lila Kauffman <br /> Commissioner Connie Morrow <br /> City Manager James DiPietro <br /> City Clerk Richard Brown-Morilla <br /> City Attorney Lynn Dannheisser was absent. <br /> 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> ACTION: Mayor David Samson introduced Richard Schulman, who then led the Pledge of <br /> Allegiance to the flag. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> 3A. SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION MEETING - MARCH 1, 1999 <br /> 3B. REGULAR CITY COMMISSION MEETING - MARCH 11, 1999 <br /> 3C. EMERGENCY CITY COMMISSION MEETING - MARCH 30, 1999 <br /> ACTION: Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Kauffman seconded a motion to <br /> approve the minutes of the March 1, March 11, and March 30, 1999, Commission Meetings. The <br /> motion was approved by a unanimous voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 4. AGENDA/ORDER OF BUSINESS (ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/AMENDMENTS) <br /> [City Clerk's Note: Memos were submitted at the meeting: revised ordinance for item 7-C, and <br /> additional documentation for item 9-A.] <br /> 5.
