Commissioner Kauffman inquired who would be responsible for stocking the library, and City <br /> Manager DiPietro said the County would have that obligation. <br /> Mayor David Samson asked about the proposed air conditioning for the building, and if a separate <br /> unit would handle the 10,000 square feet of library space. Commissioner Iglesias echoed the <br /> Mayor's concerns about designing the new building in such a way that anticipates a variety of on- <br /> going maintenance issues in order to keep costs down and efficiency high. <br /> Public Speakers: none <br /> Commissioner Kauffman moved and Vice Mayor Turetsky seconded a motion to approve the <br /> proposal.
