Location of Meeting: To be determined. <br /> <br />B. Progress Meetings: <br />1. Engineer will administer a meeting bi-weekly. Contractor and Engineer shall <br />be represented at each meeting. Contractor may request attendance by <br />representatives of his Suppliers and other Subcontractors, or other entities <br />concerned with current program or involved with planning, coordination or <br />performance of future activities. All participants in the meeting shall be familiar <br />with the Project and authorized to conclude matters relating to the Work. <br /> <br />2. Contractor and each Subcontractor shall be prepared to discuss the current <br />construction progress report, any anticipated future changes to the schedule, <br />and advise if their current progress or future anticipated schedules are <br />compatible with the Work. <br /> <br />3.
