<br /> <br />01380 - 2/3 <br />E. The audio video recording shall consist of one video and one audio track which shall <br />be recorded simultaneously. All tracks shall consist of original live recordings and <br />thus shall not be copies of other audio and video recordings. The audio track shall <br />contain the narrative commentary. <br />F. The rate of speed in the general direction of travel of the conveyance used during <br />recording shall be controlled to provide a usable image. Panning rates and zoom-in, <br />zoom-out rates shall be controlled sufficiently such that playback will produce clarity <br />of the object viewed. <br />G. All recording shall be done during times of good visibility. No recording shall be done <br />during period of visible precipitation, unless otherwise authorized by the City. <br />H. The City shall have the authority to designate what areas may be omitted or added <br />for audio video coverage. <br />I. When conventional wheeled vehicles are used, the distance from the camera lens to <br />the ground shall not be less that eight feet to insure perspective. <br />J. In some instances, audio videotape coverage will be required in areas not accessible <br />by conventional wheeled vehicles. Such coverage shall be obtained by walking or <br />special conveyance by the City. <br />K. Areas covered shall include offsite roadways that will be subjected to heavy usage <br />such as for haul routes or delivery of heavy components or equipment. <br />3.02 PROGRESS SITE PHOTOGRAPHS: <br />A. The Contractor shall be responsible for photographs of the site to show the existing <br />and general progress of the Work. City will advise as to which views are of interest. <br />Photographs shall be taken of the following areas and at the following times. <br />1. Existing site conditions before site work is started. Number of views shall be <br />adequate to cover the site. <br />2. Progress of the Work from clearing throughout construction. There shall be <br />two different views taken on or about the first of each month. <br />3. Finished Project after completion of Work. Number of views shall be adequate <br />to show the finished Work. <br />4. If Project is not completed during the Contract Time, or authorized extensions, <br />photographs shall continue to be taken at no increase in Contract Price. <br />B. Photographs shall be taken with a color digital camera. Still-photography on cd-rom <br />shall be format “JPEG” with minimum 960x640 pixels resolution <br />C. Prints shall be color, smooth glossy finish, 8" x 10" inserted into archival quality <br />polypropylene photographic binder pages punched for insertion into 3-ring binder. <br />Provide three prints of each view. <br />D. Identify all prints on back of each view with a label as to the name and Contract <br />number of Project, name of Contractor, description of view, and date photograph was <br />taken. Prints shall also bear the photographer's name or trademark. <br />E. Magnetic Media (Compact Discs CD) shall also be identified with respective <br />matching label and individually protected in cases or sleeves. <br />F. Deliver prints and electronic copies on CD to City as attachments to the periodic <br />invoice.
