Details not on original Drawings. <br />g. information to be shown for potable water mains, reuse water mains, and <br />sanitary force mains shall include the location of valves, tees, bends and <br />crosses dimensioned to the baseline survey or monument, including the <br />station and offset. Elevations at top of pipe shall be provided every 50' and at <br />locations where design elevations were shown on the plans. For situations <br />where the pipeline is being adjusted to avoid conflicts with other utilities (less <br />than 50' in total length), then elevations shall be provided at the beginning of <br />the deflection (i.e. the first bend), middle of the deflection (i.e. the point where <br />the conflict would have occurred with the utility), and the end of the deflection <br />(i.e. the last bend). <br />h. Information to be shown for gravity sanitary sewer mains shall include invert <br />elevations at manholes. <br />i. information regarding all trenchless technologies horizontal and vertical <br />location including bore/jacking, micro tunneling, and directional drilling. All as- <br />built drawings shall show the geometry, horizontal, and vertical location of the <br />directional drill path including the starting point, end point, and resulting <br />curvatures. <br />5. Specifications and Addenda: Legibly mark up each Section to record: <br />a. Manufacturer, trade name, catalog number, and supplier of each product and <br />item of equipment actually installed. <br />b. Changes made by Change Order or Field Order. <br />c. Other matters not originally specified. <br /> <br />E. Submittal: <br />1. Upon Substantial Completion of the Work, deliver record drawings to <br />ENGINEER. Final payment will not be made until satisfactory "as-built' drawings <br />are received by ENGINEER. <br />2. Accompany submittal with transmittal letter containing: <br />a. Date. <br />b. Project title and number. <br />c. CONTRACTOR'S name and address. <br />d. Title and number of each record drawings. <br />e. Certification that each document as submitted is complete and accurate. <br />f. Signature of CONTRACTOR, or his/her authorized representative. <br />3. Final Surveys -The CONTRACTOR shall provide the ENGINEER with two signed <br />and sealed copies by a registered land surveyor and a CD of the final survey in a <br />digital format compatible with Auto CAD 2000 software. <br />4. CADD Files -The CONTRACTOR shall provide a CD of the "as-built" drawings in <br />a digital format compatible with AutoCAD 2000 software. <br />5. The CONTRACTOR must submit partial plot files or hard copies of As-Built <br />drawings showing completed work with each partial payment requisition. <br /> <br />F. The CONTRACTOR shall be held responsible for the accuracy of such data and <br />shall bear any costs incurred in finding utilities as a result of incorrect data furnished <br />by the CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />
