<br /> ® The Chen Moore Team feels that its organizational approach to stormwater management and
<br /> roadway design and relevant experience will be the most cost effective and time sensitive due
<br /> ® to our focus on being responsive to all of the City's needs. Chen Moore and Assoociates has 32 full-
<br /> ® time staff including 12 professional engineers, two landscape architects, a general contractor, and
<br /> engineering inspectors to additionally support the key personnel detailed below if required.
<br /> 0 Ben Chen,RE.,BCEE will be responsible forQA/QC.Dr.Chen has over 40yea rs of civil and environmental
<br /> engineering experience. His experience includes urban infrastructure renewal,water and wastewater
<br /> ® treatment facilities design and construction management, facilities planning, environmental studies,
<br /> ® utilities master planning, rate and financial studies. He served as principal-in-charge for the Central
<br /> ® Broward County and Broadview Park Neighborhood Improvement Projects for Broward County and
<br /> project director for the City Center and South Pointe Right-of-Way Infrastructure Improvement Projects
<br /> ® for Miami Beach. He also served as assistant program manager of a design and construction program
<br /> ® management team for Broward County North Regional WWTP expansion ($82 million).
<br /> ® Peter Moore, RE., LIED AP is president of Chen Moore and Associates will serve as principal-in-charge
<br /> for this project. He is ultimately responsible for all day to day operations of the firm. He has over 15
<br /> ® years of experience, including roadway design, stormwater design, sanitary collection improvements,
<br /> ® pump station rehabilitation, transportation engineering enhancements, water and reclaimed water
<br /> ® consulting along with all other phases of civil engineering design and neighborhood improvements.

<br /> Jose L.Acosta, P.E. will serve as the project manager and Engineer of Record of the project. Mr.Acosta
<br /> has over 12 years of experience and has served as the project manager and Engineer of Record on
<br /> many similar street and stormwater improvement projects for the Town of Miami Lakes and the City of
<br /> ® Miami Gardens. He has also served in a quality control management role with the City of Miami Beach
<br /> ® and the Village of Pinecrest. He has previously worked on projects throughout Miami-Dade County
<br /> utilizing drainage wells, outfalls, exfiltration trench and innovative sustainable stormwater designs for
<br /> new developments and for improvement of existing neighborhoods.
<br /> ® Oscar Bello, P.E. has over 12 years of experience and will be responsible for drainage design. He
<br /> has experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction management of roadway design,
<br /> stormwater design,water,wastewater,and municipal drainage projects in Florida including stormwater,
<br /> pump stations, outfalls,drainage well systems and exfiltration trench. Mr. Bello has been the engineer
<br /> ® of record for approximately 43,000 LF of ROW infrastructure improvements in Miami Beach.
<br /> 9 Michael Buick, RE has over 11 years of experience and will be responsible for government permitting.
<br /> ® His experience includes planning, design and permitting of site infrastructure including site paving,
<br /> grading and drainage and site utility plans for land development projects. Mr. Buick is responsible
<br /> ® for designing stormwater management systems (paving, grading and drainage) and water and sewer
<br /> ® connections including design calculations, running flood routing models,drafting design drawings with
<br /> ® AutoCAD, coordinating design with other involved disciplines, calculating opinion of probable costs,
<br /> and writing Basis of Design Reports.
<br /> ® Peter Dueiio, P.E. currently serves as an associate engineer with Chen Moore and Associates Miami
<br /> ® office.He is currently a project engineer on the City Center and South Pointe Right of Way Improvement
<br /> ® Projects for the City of Miami Beach. He has been a project engineer for neighborhood improvement
<br /> projects for the Cities of Dania Beach, North Miami Beach, Key West, and Pinecrest. His experience
<br /> 0 includes planning,pavement marking and signage,streetscape,stormwater modeling and design,water
<br /> ® main design, permitting, and cost estimating. Peter has established strong working relationships with
<br /> ® several permitting agencies, including Miami-Dade County DERM, South Florida Water Management
<br /> District, Miami-Dade County Public Works, Florida DEP and the Florida Department of Transportation.
