<br /> has included all aspects of project development encompassing site analysis, master planning,

<br /> Education RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br /> Kansas State University,Master of Pompano Beach Boulevard, Pompano Beach, Florida - EDSA was retained by the City to help
<br /> Landscape Architecture, 1989 revitalize and create a vibrant and uniquely branded oceanfront pedestrian promenade, for the citizens
<br /> of Pompano Beach. Mr. Kissinger and his team evaluated the area of proposed improvements,met with
<br /> University of Michigan,Bachelor governmental agencies and provided conceptual alternatives for the streetscape along AlA.

<br /> 1986 Oakland Park Downtown Revitalization,Oakland Park, Florida - EDSA developed a master
<br /> plan, design guidelines and new ordinance to regulate redevelopment in the 160-acre downtown. As
<br /> team leaders, EDSA provided public consensus building, master planning, and development of design
<br /> Registration guidelines and regulations. Mr. Kissinger is Principal-In-Charge.

<br /> (Kansas).#519 Destin Harbor Walk Redevelopment Area, Destin,Florida -As Principal-In-Charge, Mr. Kissinger
<br /> provided conceptual planning and design for the 400-acre site. Implementation goals encourage smart
<br /> Landscape Architect(Florida), growth and create people places through parks, open space, transportation, and safe pedestrian

<br /> Landscape Architect(Oklahoma), Pensacola Beach CRA, Pensacola,Florida -The City desired to develop a Framework Plan for a 1.3
<br /> #217 mile,274 acre urban linear greenway. As part of a consulting team,EDSA recommended implementation
<br /> strategies. phasing and priority capital projects to achieve the CRA vision during the first five years.

<br /> #672 Riviera Beach Redevelopment, Riviera Beach, Florida - EDSA as part of a multi-disciplinary team
<br /> Landscape Architect(Ohio).#1109 developed a Master Plan for the Community Redevelopment Area(CRA)that consists of nearly Si billion
<br /> CLARE Certified#1150 of improvements, including a working waterfront, marina related commercial, a major park, streetscape
<br /> improvements, residential, commercial and hotel development. Mr. Kissinger served as Lead Designer
<br /> and Project Manager for the urban redevelopment as well as assisted in public consensus building.

<br /> ASLA.Associate Member, 1989; a master plan for beautification that would change the face of Pensacola Beach. EDSA's vision balanced

<br /> Florida ASLA,Government Affairs manager responsible for the development and application of a site analysis methodology to determine
<br /> Committee.2007-Present carrying capacity for resource-based recreation in addition to preparing a conceptual land use and natural
<br /> resource plan, generating interim and long-term management plans and coordinating public meetings.

<br /> (CLARB), Landscape Architecture Virginia Key Master Plan, Miami, Florida - Plans for the 1,100 acre island include public parks.
<br /> Registration Exam(LARE)Grader, marinas, educational institutions and waterfront redevelopment with an emphasis on integration and
<br /> 2000-2006,and 2009 preservation. The goals are to develop a viable waterfront with a self-sustaining series of recreational
<br /> Urban Land Institute,South experiences while maintaining the proper balance between environmental constraints, user needs,
<br /> Florida workforce Housing capacity, and visitor experience. EDSA is developing policies for development and management of the
<br /> Initiative,Vice Chair Planning, waterfront land inclusive of the protection and enhancement of natural resources. Mr. Kissinger is the
