Following the Notice to Proceed issued by the City's Project Manager, will schedule a meeting with the <br /> • Architectural firm. The meeting agenda items will include: <br /> • a. Project Scope <br /> • b. Project Schedule <br /> c. Design, drawing and document guidelines <br /> • d. Codes and other pertinent item which may arise <br /> • e. Program <br /> • f. Architect to establish and provide a FTP site for the project for AutoCAD files and pdf files of <br /> • all drawings per phase. <br /> • 2. Program Development: <br /> a. The review of the initial program requirements and coordination with the City's vendors. <br /> ® The program study provided will require further analysis. Follow up and coordination as the <br /> program provided here in is to be used as guideline. <br /> • b. A site visit and walk through of the building will be performed to become familiarized with <br /> • site restraints and site and other project components. <br /> • c.
