Code review and summary • • Upon approval by City's Project Manager, the Project will advance to the Design Development Phase • DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE • • The services in this task shall include but not be limited to, (assume two meetings for this phase): • 1. The Design Development Documents will be developed as outlined in the timeline identified in the • initial Design Meeting. • • 2. Finalize plan layout & design details; establish equipment quantities, locations and functions; determine material selections. Immediately following authorization to proceed with Design • Development, the City's Project Manager will schedule a meeting with the Architectural firm. • The meeting agenda items include: 0 a. Project Scope b. Project Design Review • c. Project Schedule • d. Codes and other pertinent item which may arise • e. Architect to update the FTP site for the project with AutoCAD files and pdf files of all ® drawings per phase. • 3. Design Development drawings are considered an extension of the Schematic Design drawings • and the beginning of Construction Documents.
