Furthermore, by administering and supervising construction we ensure that <br /> the design intent is implemented according to plans and specifications and that the quality of <br /> • materials specified are installed correctly and to manufacturer recommendations with the highest <br /> • standard for workmanship and craftsmanship which allow for the highest level of quality and within <br /> • project budget and deadline. <br /> • Critical PROJECT CONTROLS are as follows: <br /> • <br /> • Design/Production & Construction Phase: <br /> • 1. Continual stream of"information." "processing" and communication among all team <br /> • members. <br /> • 2. Identify up-front project specific goals, objectives, criteria, schedule and budgeting issues. <br /> • 3. Develop critical "schedule- path identifying key target dates. <br /> • 4. Weekly team member project meetings to identify and address issues, monitor schedule, and <br /> • implement and document decisions made. <br /> • 5. Continual "quality" control via constant checking and review of design development and <br /> • production of working drawings and specifications amongst all disciplines. <br /> • 6. Code compliance review control assuring conformance to all applicable building codes, life- <br /> safety. A.D.A., hurricane high velocity zones, zoning ordinances, etc. <br /> • 7. Maintain clear, precise documentation. <br /> • 8. Utilization of latest technology in software for scheduling and estimating with programs <br /> • such as "Primavera P6" and "On Screen Take-off." <br /> • 9. Monitor bid process and provide clear and expeditious responses to RFI's. <br /> • 10. All documentation is to be processed thru the Architect's office for appropriate document <br /> • control and distribution. <br /> • 1 1. All related/required submittals for construction to be made in immediate early stages as to <br /> • not encumber scheduling/on-time deliveries as to not delay the construction process. <br /> • 12. Maintain clear document control (working drawings) to assure all disciplines are <br /> • working/building off the same blueprints. <br /> ® 13. Collect, review and assemble for project records and distribution to Owner all project <br /> supporting documentation. <br /> • 14. Weekly monitoring of construction at jobsite for scheduling, review and level of work <br /> • quality. <br /> • 15. Develop pre-final and final punch list for distribution and implementation. <br /> • 16.
