Two major projects—designed and constructed by Frank and • his architecture team — have contributed to the beauty of the campuses. The Freedom of Expression • Plaza that was built at the InterAmerican Campus was elegantly designed; came in under budget; and • was delivered on schedule. The North Campus project — "The right to freedom from discrimination" • Plaza was equally impressive, not cost-prohibitive, and on time. Both projects are part of The Route to Human Rights which places art created by local and international artists at 30 locations throughout the • State of Florida, including the MDC campuses. • • The College is extremely pleased with the work that Frank and his team have provided at the Campuses.
