<br /> Miami Dade College awarded us the first contract approximately 8 years ago; the - —
<br /> ® initial term of the contract was three years and it was subsequently renewed two
<br /> additional years. Under this contract we performed a variety of tasks and services. . <_""
<br /> ® Many of the tasks were small including the preparation of feasibility studies, ADA a,♦ Yn.

<br /> retrofits. full design and construction documents for the renovation of the existing ‘rw-I�y __
<br /> ® science labs, space planning services, etc. Recently, we were awarded our second ' 7,
<br /> ® contract with Miami Dade College. Miami Dade College is a REPEAT CLIENT, _-_. -; —_

<br /> ® We have been working for the University of Miami continuously since 2005. We utilize t+, ', —
<br /> ® a Continuing Service Contract and they contact us with individual service orders on- r' 1 LI:
<br /> demand, as needed. For the University of Miami, we have performed a variety of -> : ���r', P '
<br /> ® design services and tasks including but not limited to: Renovation of the Rainbow j ' I/ s\'
<br /> Building (addressing red tag from the City of Coral Gables Fire Department for r _•,......--— n. —_
<br /> ® violations). In this project, we addressed all of the violations,redesigned the interior of _— - __-
<br /> ® the space and also provided ADA accessibility to the second floor. We have also
<br /> done a variety of space planning projects (small interior renovation projects) including
<br /> ® upscale spaces for the Richter Library, Ashe Building (in front of the President's office), kg��,
<br /> Pick Hall, Memorial Building, Cosford Theatre... Our largest project at the University of [ C-
<br /> ® Miami has been ongoing work at the Memorial Building. While not yet designated 4, • _=
<br /> ® historic by the City of Coral Gables, renovation and restoration work is being ��'
<br /> undertaken in accordance with the best design practices to preserve and restore the !__
<br /> ® original architectural design features of the building. The University of Miami is also —

<br /> ® Currently we are completing two projects for GSA including the Historic Hampton
<br /> •
<br /> House Restoration Project and Wynwood Neighborhood Service Center. In both A 1,},i
<br /> ® cases, these were extensive renovation projects with demolition, reconstruction i
<br /> ® and/or new construction. The Historic Hampton House is locally designated with the
<br /> Office of Archaeological and Historic Resources of Miami Dade County. The Historic
<br /> ® Hampton House project has been a very challenging project to maintain the delicate
<br /> ® historic, architectural features of the building, while maintaining Life Safety Greynolds Park Site
<br /> requirements. GMPA prepared an Evaluation Report as part of the mitigation of the
<br /> ® specific non-compliant code issues. Both projects are public assembly type spaces Analysis Diagram
<br /> each with approximately 30,000 SF of gross area. Miami Dade County is also a REPEAT
<br /> ® CLIENT for more than 15 years.
