The IntelliTime application has many native features that can provide flexible solutions to a variety of scenarios not called for in your RFP. Examples include our optional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) server where for example an employee can call in sick or enter a leave request over the telephone. If you have extra duty shifts or you need coverage for an employee called in for Jury Duty, the IVR system can dial out automatically and offer the shift to qualified staff based on seniority or least amount of' overtime worked this quarter or many different criteria. Users can also call in and hear their next scheduled shift, hear their available Leave Balances over the phone and call in Sick via the phone under configurable conditions e.g. you can only use the automated system if two hours of notice is given, once you arc closer than two hours to the start of your shift you must speak to a Supervisor to call in Sick, for example. IntelliTime offers an optional Performance Management Portal that is tightly integrated to timekeeping and scheduling. Open 311 is provided free of license fees and is completely integrated to timekeeping and scheduling. So as a service request is received on the phone or online, it is instantly routed to the correct department for remediation.Only IntelliTime can then report on the status of the request,or subsequent work orders, at any time, up and until it is completed. Our unique SLA management establishes Service Level Agreements for requests by type so everyone can see if the 4110 SLA is being met, along with costs for completing each request. 7. Last but not least, the system must be reliable. A fast, easy to use system with every conceivable edit is worthless if system uptime cannot be assured. The IntelliTime solution will be installed on reliable Intel and Microsoft servers located at the City of Sunny Isles Beach or optionally hosted by IntelliTime in partnership with Rackspace, at data centers located in Chicago and Dallas.
