• <br /> 5. Configurable COTS System —the IntelliTime solution was purpose built to handle complex <br /> leave and scheduling rules, many of our customers have been impressed with how easy rules <br /> are to configure and maintain in IntelliTime versus "bolted-on" time and labor modules of <br /> many ERP vendors. Even other timekeeping specialists that claim to have configurable rules <br /> actually offer a limited set of"cookie cutter" rules that may not match your City policies <br /> without expensive customizations. These customizations must then he maintained through <br /> each subsequent software upgrade at great expense. In IntelliTime these rules can be <br /> maintained and modified without any programming. Some examples or rules easily handled <br /> in IntelliTime include Court or Call Back Minimums, Shift Differentials, Job Rates, FMLA, <br /> Affordable Care Act maximums, and "Weighted" Overtime. The savings from reducing ERP <br /> customizations alone makes IntelliTime the most economical system to own and operate for <br /> many clients. <br /> Our powerful timekeeping rules engine can automatically calculate and post shift <br /> differentials, call back minimums and handle complex overtime scenarios around standby <br /> and call backs as well as charges to Project Codes in 1-IR/Payroll. Some systems require <br /> Supervisors and Timekeepers to click on each call in punch and choose"run rules" to apply <br /> the call in rules. In IntelliTime this is fully automatic, for further time savings. <br /> 6. Powerful Cost Accounting Reporting — Most systems include a single Job Code field with <br /> cryptic code structures like GF57243/098/52J1-178/01. The user is left to figure out that "098" <br /> is the task code and to remember what that means. In IntelliTime we oiler many custom cost <br /> accounting fields, complete with descriptions and effective and expiration dates. <br /> We can configure powerful rules around which organizations can charge to which codes and <br /> which combinations of codes are valid. Cost accounting is throughout our solution including <br /> time clocks, IVR Telephone timekeeping, Web Timecards and even scheduling to account for <br /> Special Events for example. <br /> 7. Performance Management 'fools — IntelliTime offers a unique optional Performance <br /> Management Portal that is tightly integrated to timekeeping and scheduling. Open 311 is <br /> provided free of license fees and is completely integrated to timekeeping and scheduling. So <br /> as a service request is received on the phone or online, it is instantly routed to the correct <br /> department for remediation. Only IntelliTime can then report on the status of the request, or <br /> subsequent work orders, at any time, up and until it is completed. Our unique SLA <br /> management establishes Service Level Agreements for requests by type so everyone can see <br /> if the SLA is being met. As the users work on the requests they track their time, so the costs <br /> for completing the requests are also available. <br /> Other timekeeping vendors are just catching up on basic cost accounting; IntelliTime is <br /> spearheading the;trend towards providing City Executives with the performance tracking tools <br /> needed to run government more like a business. <br /> The proposed solution will interface tightly to your Edmunds MCSJ HR/Payroll system.This interface <br /> imports employee data for use in IntelliTime and also valid Job Codes and Projects for your staff to <br /> allocate their time to Grants, Projects, Tasks, Work Orders, etc. in IntelliTime. Leave data will be <br /> exported daily to Payroll,and at the conclusion of the pay period IntelliTime can send fully edited and <br /> electronically signed timecards to Payroll for importing using our standard bi-directional interface. <br />
