• O • • • • Section 5 • PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL FORM The undersigned Proposer agrees, if this Proposal is accepted, to enter into an agreement with the • City of Sunny Isles Beach to perform and furnish all Services as specified or indicated in the • Contract Documents for the Contract Price and within the Contract Time indicated in this Proposal and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. • The Proposer accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal. This Proposal will • remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the day of Proposal opening.
