Perform all VT Concrete Testing as per the 2015 FDOT Standard <br /> Specifications and as stipulated in the contract. <br /> G. Inspect pre-stressed beams at the plant and at arrival to the site. <br /> H. Document the inspections for the temporary bracing. <br /> I. Inspect railing installation and obtain certification by manufacturer. <br /> J. Review and acceptance of the Contractor's Quality Control Plan(QCP). <br /> K. Review and acceptance of the Contractor's revision's to the QCP. <br /> L. Perform all VT Earthwork and Asphalt tests as stipulated in the 2015 <br /> FDOT Standard Specifications and the Contract Documents. <br /> M. Conduct a 60%, 90%and 100%Reviews and provide a detailed deficiency <br /> list to the Contractor. <br /> N. Document that all the ADA requirements have been incorporated <br /> according to the contract plans and shop drawings. <br /> 0. Observe and document removal of unsuitable material as designed by the <br /> contractor's specialty engineer. <br /> P. Verify compliance of the contractor's approved Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan. <br /> Q. Inspect the contractor's implemented MOT plan to ensure compliance with <br /> the FDOT Standard Index. <br /> SIB <br />
