SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Calvin, Giordano&Associates,Inc. (CGA) and its sub-consultants/sub- <br /> contractors(ASA,PSI and EAS)will perform the following services based on our <br /> understanding of the project to include Permitting Management,Construction <br /> Management/Administration including Inspection and associated Testing Services <br /> for the proposed North Bay Road Pedestrian Emergency Bridge; Design, <br /> Permitting, Permitting Management and Construction Management/ <br /> Administration including Inspection Services for the proposed Mangrove <br /> Mitigation; Permitting Management,limited Construction Management/ <br /> Administration and Inspection Services for the off-site Sea grass Mitigation; <br /> Design, Permitting,Permitting Management and Construction Management/ <br /> Administration including Inspection Services for the North Sea Wall Replacement <br /> associated with the Bridge Construction; and Coordination/Assistance with the <br /> relocation of the FPL transformer residing in the roadway access easement. Also <br /> included is limited surveying efforts for on-call needs. <br /> I. Professional Construction Services <br /> A. The following scope is based on 440 calendar days of Construction/ <br /> Contract Time(thirteen months/395 days to Substantial Completion, and <br /> 45 days to Final Acceptance) and on total effort specified on attached <br /> breakdown. The scope of services to be provided is for Construction <br /> Observation and Construction Administration services including Services <br /> During Construction(SDC) and part-time observation services for 1.) the <br /> North Bay Road Pedestrian Emergency Bridge project(roadway,utilities <br /> and drainage), 2.) the north side seawall replacement and 3.)associated <br /> environmental mitigation to be implemented.concurrently. Any additional <br /> time beyond this will require an approved agreement for additional <br /> services. <br /> 1. Services During Construction(SDC) <br /> • Accompany visitors,approved by the City,through the project <br /> area as requested by the City. <br /> • Provide Resident Project Representative(RPR)observation <br /> services to monitor the progress of the work,and for <br /> compliance with plans and specifications. <br /> SI <br />
