<br />3.2. Pelican Community Park Facilities. The City and/or its designee will <br />construct Pelican Community Park (including the Pelican Community Park Facilities) in <br />accordance with the Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />4. Construction Costs. School Board will pay all costs of constructing the School <br />(including the School Facilities), and Parking Facilities, pursuant to the Interlocal Agreement. <br />The City will pay for all costs of constructing Pelican Community Park (including Pelican <br />Community Park Facilities). <br /> <br />5. Joint Use of Facilities. The School Facilities, Pelican Community Park Facilities, <br />and Parking Facilities will be available for joint use by the School Board and the City for the <br />benefit of the public school student population, City residents and the general public, in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. With the exception of the Parking <br />Facilities, the City, at its expense, will utilize School staff to open/close the School Facilities. <br /> <br />5.1. Hours of Use. <br /> <br />5.1.1. Annual Joint Use Scheduling. The Joint Use Committee shall meet <br />prior to the start of each school year, or as soon thereafter as possible, to establish a schedule of <br />proposed use of the Joint Use Facilities by the Parties for the upcoming school year. The <br />Community Center shall be used exclusively by the City at all times for municipal purposes, <br />unless other arrangements are agreed to by the Joint Use Committee, as stipulated below. <br /> <br />5.1.2. School Hours. During School Hours, the School Facilities, Pelican <br />Community Park Facilities and Parking Facilities will be used exclusively by the School Board <br />in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed <br />to by the Joint Use Committee in writing. <br /> <br />5.1.3. Non-School Hours. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.1.6.3, <br />with the exception of those facilities required by the School Board for previously scheduled <br />intramural sports or official school activities as established in the annual joint use schedule, the <br />City, its residents and the general public shall have exclusive use of the Pelican Community Park <br />Facilities during Non-School Hours, and priority over the use of the School Facilities and <br />Parking Facilities during Non-School Hours, unless otherwise agreed to by the Joint Use <br />Committee in writing. <br /> <br />5.1.4. Summer School Davs. During Summer School Days, the School <br />Facilities and Parking Facilities will be used by the School Board during School Hours in <br />accordance with the School Board's rules and regulations relating thereto and to such other terms <br />and conditions as shall be satisfactory to the School Board. During Summer School Days, the <br />Pelican Community Park Facilities, including the Community Center, will be used by the City in <br />accordance with the City's rules and regulations relating thereto and to such other terms and <br />conditions as shall be satisfactory to the City. The Pelican Community Park Facilities, including <br />the Community Center, shall not be used for Summer School activities unless specifically agreed <br />to pursuant to Section 5.1.6.1 below. During Summer School Days, the School Board agrees that <br />a minimum of 35 (thirty five) parking spots in the Parking Facilities will be made available to the <br />City. <br /> <br />5.1.5. Teacher Planning Days.
