The proposed modification would increase the <br />permitted commercial retail from 20,500 square feet to 38,463 square feet, <br />reduce the permitted office space from 77,400 square feet to 44,689 square <br />feet, and change the mix of units from 243 tower condominium units to 222 <br />tower condominium units and 21 townhome units to be located on the third <br />and fourth floors, where office space was previously located. The total <br />number of dwelling units remains at 243.
