The <br />proposed modification would increase the permitted commercial retail from 20,500 square feet to <br />38,463 square feet, reduce the permitted office from 77,400 square feet to 44,689 square feet, <br />and change the mix of units from 243 tower condominium units to 222 tower condominium units <br />and 21 townhome units to be located on the third and fourth floors, where office space was <br />previously located.
