Plans are on file and may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Department for Epicure <br />Market Interior Renovation as prepared by Edward A Landers, P.E consisting of one sheet (SP-l), <br />dated February 6, 2008, and Liquor Survey for 17190 Collins Avenue as prepared by James <br />Beadman and Associates Inc., all stamped received on October 24, 2008. <br /> <br />(2) That the Applicant comply with all conditions and permit requirements of the Department of <br />Environmental Resource and Management (DERM), the Miami-Dade County Fire Department <br />(MDFD), Water and Sewer Department, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Florida <br />Department of Transportation (FDOT). <br /> <br />(3) That all signage associated with the location complies with the requirements of the signing code. No <br />signs are approved as part of this application. <br /> <br />(4) That the Applicant obtains a Business License and a Certificate of Use from the City upon <br />compliance with all terms and conditions, The Business License and Certificate of Use shall be <br />subject to cancellation upon violation of any conditions. <br /> <br />(5) That the sale of spirits will only be permitted during store operation or as outline under Chapter 98 <br />of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Code whichever is more restrictive. <br /> <br />(6) That the Applicant shall submit for approval by the City Manager or designee a security lighting <br />plan that will ensure adequate lighting within the parking areas of the Applicant's business.
