D. Notice of Lien or Suit. <br /> (1) Notice of Lien. A Unit Owner shall give to the Condominium <br /> Association written notice of every lien upon his Unit other than for permitted <br /> mortgages, taxes and Special Assessments, within five (5) days after the Unit <br /> Owner receives actual notice of the attachment thereof <br /> (2) Notice of Suit. An Owner shall give notice, in writing, to the <br /> Condominium Association of every suit or other proceeding which may affect the <br /> title to his Unit, such notice to be given five (5) days after the Unit Owner <br /> receives actual knowledge thereof. <br /> (3) Failure to Comply. Failure to comply with this Section will not <br /> affect the validity of any judicial suit, however, if such failure is a substantial <br /> contributing cause of damage or harm to the Condominium Association or other <br /> Owners, the Owner shall be liable to the injured party. <br /> 19. AMENDMENTS OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM: This Declaration may be <br /> amended upon affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of the Voting Interests in the <br /> Condominium. <br /> A. Correction of Errors. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the <br /> contrary, if there is an omission or scrivener's error in this Declaration or in any <br /> documents required to establish this Condominium, then the Condominium Association <br /> may correct the error or omission, without a vote of the Members, by the recording of a <br /> properly executed amendment that has been approved by a majority of the Board of <br /> Directors of the Condominium Association. <br /> B. Surface or Stormwater Management Amendment. Any amendment to this <br /> Declaration which alters any provision relating to the Surface Water or Stormwater <br /> Management System, beyond maintenance in its original condition, including the water <br /> management portions of the Common Areas, must have the prior written approval of the <br /> South Florida Water Management District. The South Florida Water Management <br /> District shall have the right to enforce, by a proceeding at law or in equity, the provisions <br /> contained in this Declaration which relate to the maintenance, operation and repair of the <br /> Surface Water or Stormwater Management System. <br /> 20. FINES: <br /> A. Compliance. Every Unit Owner and his tenants, guests, invitees and <br /> agents shall comply with any and all rules and regulations as same exist and as may be <br /> adopted in the future by the Board of Directors. <br /> B. Enforcement. Failure to comply herewith or with such rules and <br /> regulations shall be grounds for immediate action which may include, without limitation, <br /> 22 <br />
