<br />(a) No person shall serve as Chairperson of more than two (2) Committees. <br /> <br />(b) No person shall serve on more than two (2) Committees. <br /> <br />(c) Should any appointee resign during the term of the Committee, the appointing <br />Commissioner may select another appointee. <br /> <br />(d) Members shall be appointed to serve for a one year term, but that term may be <br />renewed as often as desirable provided however, if the appointing Commissioner <br />is not re-elected or that Commissioner resigns, the newly seated Commissioner <br />has the option to discharge the appointee and select a new appointee or return the <br />prior appointee. <br /> <br />Section 4. Annual Reporting Requirements. The Committee shall provide the City <br />Commission with a written or oral report regarding the activities of the Committee within one <br />(1) year from the creation of a Committee. <br /> <br />Section 5. Termination of Committees. The City Commission has the authority to create <br />and/or terminate any Committee at anytime. <br /> <br />Section 6. Rules of Procedure. Each Committee created under this resolution shall be <br />governed by the Rules of Procedure that govern the City Commission, and subject to Florida <br />Sunshine and Public Records Law. <br /> <br />Section 7. Repealer. All previously approved committees are hereby dissolved. <br /> <br />Section 8. Effective Date.
