RELOCATION PROPOSAL FOR CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH Origin Relocation Crew: (Day 1) On January 21 stat 9:00 a.m. a crew of 16 professional movers will arrive to begin placing all contents and furniture onto 4-wheel dollies. After applying all necessary building protection the crew's main focus will be to direct and load all designated items onto BeItmann moving vans. The floor loaded vans will be properly secured prior to transportation to destination. The following manpower assignments will continue throughout the day's relocation. Origin Crew: 1 Working project supervisor floating and assisting where needed 7 Movers placing items onto 4-wheel dollies and directing towards the elevator 2 Movers loading, operating and unloading the elevator 3 Movers pushing items from elevator and assisting drivers with loading Transportation: 3 Drivers loading, securing, transporting and unloading trailers The drivers will floor load their trailers with approximately 55 dolly loads of City of Sunny Isles Beach's assets keeping the majority of items on 4-wheel dollies. The drivers will rotate between the origin and destination locations 8 times each over a two day period. Destination Move Crew: (Day 1) On January 21 st at 9:00 AM a crew of 12 movers will arrive at the destination location and begin preparation to receive all items coming over from origin. The preparation will consist of installing all necessary building and floor protection. The crew will unload and place all items per numerical sequenced, color-coded floor plan and City of Sunny Isles Beach's specifications. The following manpower will continue throughout the day's relocation. 1 Working project supervisor floating and assisting where needed 3 Movers assisting drivers with unloading and pushing items from unloading area 8 Movers in the office space placing items per the floor plan.
