<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I. Aooroval of Purchase and Service Agreement. The Purchase and Service <br />Agreement with T-Mobile for the purchase of twenty-eight (28) Blackberry devices, with <br />unlimited data usage, thirty-five (35) cellular telephone equipment and wireless phone services, <br />in an amount not to exceed Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000.00), attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"A", be, and the same, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate the terms of the Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
