<br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND RONALD L. BOOK, P.A. <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT, EXECUTED THIS c21'S+ DAY OF ~"-' ,2006, <br />shall be an integral part of the agreement. In the event that any terms or conditions contained herein <br />conflict with the basic agreement, the terms and conditions of this addendum shall prevail. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution 2005-870 adopted on December 8, 2005, the City Commission approved <br />an Agreement with Ronald L. Book, P.A, in an amount not to exceed Fifty-Five Thousand and <br />No/ 100 ($55000.00), to provide all necessary legislative relations and lobbying services in any <br />jurisdiction to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, including advising the City Attorney of any new <br />legislation that may effect the City. <br /> <br />The City wishes to exercise its 0 ii:\n ,to extend the attached agreement (Attachment "A") for an ~~ o! <br />additional year beginning 04" *, 2006 through September~, 2007, at the same annual \\}J <br />compensation of Fifty-Five Thousand and No/ 100 ($55000.00).
