In the city of Sunny Isles Beach, JCS provides a host of recreation, socialization and other activities. We offer a
Russian Club and numerous activities to acculturate the Russian Community. We also deliver hot meals and
frozen meals to approximately 50 homebound clients throughout the area. About two years ago, we also began
providing social/cultural programming to encourage seniors to go out at night to see plays, music, etc.

Until recently, we used to provide recreational activities at Church St. Mary Magdalene and Winston Towers
Bldg. 300. We now provide services at two new and smaller sites; the King David Condominium and the Russian
Chabad. Because of the limited space available at these new sites, we serve less than the 700 clients we served
last year. But we continue searching for new locations to provide the services needed. You have probably seen in
the last few weeks, JCS' ad in the Miami Herald's Neighbors section; we are always looking to reach out to more
semors.

As you well know, the programs and services in Sunny Isles Beach have proven to be quite successful, and we
strive to improve the quality of life of the senior members of our community. With the City's financial support,
we can and will succeed in achieving this goal.

We look forward to hearing from you.
