<br /> <br />SECOND ADDENDUM TO CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />AND MARLIN ENGINEERING, INC. AGREEMENT <br />CONTRACT NO. C0708-031 <br /> <br />THIS SECOND ADDENDUM TO THE MARLIN ENGINEERING, INC. AGREEMENT, <br />executed this r'1~day of January, 2008, is hereby attached to and is made a part of said Marlin <br />Engineering, Inc. Agreement Contract No. C0607-083 by and between the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />("City") and Marlin Engineering, Inc. ("Contractor") a business corporation licensed in the State of <br />Florida, whose Federal Identification # is . The City and Contractor hereby agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK: The City wishes to add to the original Marlin <br />Engineering, Inc. Agreement, to provide post design services for (1) construction for the State Road 826 <br />Sidewalk Enhancement Project, and (2) design of the reconstruction sidewalk and the installation of <br />supplemental drainage system in the form of slotted drain at the northern right of way limit, as more fully <br />described in Attachments "A" and "B". <br /> <br />2. COST: The Contractor agrees to charge the City an amount not to exceed $47,720.00 (forty <br />seven thousand seven hundred and twenty dollars) for said services. <br /> <br />3. TERM: The term of this Second Addendum shall begin upon the execution date of this Second <br />Addendum and shall end One Hundred Twenty (120) days thereof. <br /> <br />4.
