<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approval of Additional Code Enforcement Staff Positions. The City Commission <br />hereby approves addition of one (1) Code Enforcement Officer and one (1) Code Enforcement <br />Clerk for the Community Development Department's Code Enforcement Division. <br /> <br />Section 2. Approval of Extension of Code Enforcement Agreement. The City Commission <br />hereby approves an extension of the Agreement with Calvin, Giordano, and Associates, Inc. for a <br />contract Code Enforcement Officer for a period of up to ninety (90) days, in the amount of Six <br />Thousand Five Hundred Dollars per month. <br /> <br />Section 3. Authority of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to include <br />said staff positions in the current and future budgets, provided funding is available. <br /> <br />Section 4. Further Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is further authorized to <br />do all things necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
