FRAME DESIGN: <br /> <br />Complete drawing provided with Florida Professional <br />Engineer seal certifying compliance with required building <br />codes. Frame design should be engineered to meet the <br />following specifications: Wind speed: Frame only: 150 m.p.h. <br />Frame w/shade covering: 90 m.p.h. plus. <br /> <br />4. STANDARD FOOTINGS: <br /> <br />Footings shall be designed per Florida Building Codes for <br />the specific structure. <br /> <br />5. ROOFING/SHADE COVERING: <br /> <br />Fabric is to be attached to frame using a vinyl covered <br />continuous minimum W diameter galvanized and clear vinyl <br />coated cable, or equal. The shade fabric is to be knitted of <br />monofilament and tape construction high density <br />polyethylene with ultra violet (U.v.) stabilizers and flame <br />retardant, or equal, to support the ten (10) year warranty. All <br />hems and seams are to be double stitched using exterior <br />grade UV-stabilized polyethylene sewing thread, or equal. <br /> <br />6. COOLNET & POWDER COAT COLORS: <br /> <br />Blue, navy blue preferred. <br /> <br />7. FASTENING SYSTEM: <br /> <br />Shade cover fabric shall be delivered complete with <br />independent one-piece cables pre-inserted in fabric hems. <br />Each cable shall be looped, clamped or swaged at each end. <br />Fastening system is to consist of a fastening device, tamper <br />proof and vandal resistant, which allows the tensioning <br />attachment at each rafter corner. An extemal turnbuckle and <br />fastening devices requiring a come along will not be <br />accepted.
