<br />3. Qualification. Respondee must demonstrate expertise in design in the following areas. <br /> <br />a.. Right of way beatification. <br />b. Median and swale landscaping. <br />c. Development of maintenance standards. <br />d. Beach and Dunescaping. <br />e. Active and Passive Development. <br />f. Irrigation design, operation and maintenance. <br />g. WetIand restoration. <br />h. Sensitivity to environmental issues unique to coastal barrier islands. <br />1. Landscape plans review and approvals. <br /> <br />4. Proposal. <br /> <br />4.1 Each proposal submitted must have clearly marked on the face of the envelope the <br />following information: <br /> <br />"SEALED BID" <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM (S) <br />OPENING DATE AND TIME: APRIL 3, 2006, 10:00 a.m. . <br />BID # Vlo-D3..() \ <br /> <br />4.2 All Proposals shall be submitted on the Bid Form and shall be received no later <br />than 10:00 a.m. April 3, 2006. All proposals shall include all requested <br />documentation, including photos and detailed specifications of all equipment, <br />Warranty documents and completed Public Entity Crime Form. <br /> <br />4.3 The proposals shall contain two separate sections. The first section should <br />address and be limited to the consultant's qualifications.
