Hines, City Clerk <br />You had asked if the contract we are executing with Tenex for the construction on Atlantic Isles matches <br />the stipulations of the Resolution adopted by the Commission authorizing this project. I had Rick <br />Conner check with Legal and Hans told Rick that the contract reflects the changes required by the <br />Commission. <br />We stand ready to answer any questions you might have about this situation. <br />
