John Szerlag Dear Mr. Fouladi: <br />City Manager <br />Hans Ottinot At its regular meeting of July 17, 2008, the City Commission adopted Resolution <br />City Attorney No. 2008 -1301, which approved the above - referenced item. As we discussed, the <br />Jane A.
