This bid was bid out once before, why wasn't it awarded? Do you anticipate that it will
happen again?
The bid was advertised but cancelled, before anyone submitted bids, because funding
documents had not been correctly prepared so we missed the grant funding cycle. No,
the City does not anticipate that to happen again because funding is in place.

2. When is the projected start date?
It is anticipated to start the first Monday in January 2008 (.Janual"y 7,2008).

3. Have all permits and easements been obtained?
The City will issue the construction permits. In reference to the drainage, the City has
already obtained a well permit from DERM. The City has not applied for a FDEP
permit yet. The General Contractor must pay for DERM and FDEP well construction
permits. Construction permits will be reimbursed by the City (approximately $750.00
and $200.00 per well for FDEP and DERM respectively).

4. Is there a long lead time to obtain permits?
BERM's permit is available immediately.
