Provide all labor, materials, necessary equipment and services to <br />complete the Sodding work, as indicated on the drawings, as specified <br />herein or both, except as for items specifically indicated as "NIC ITEMS". <br /> <br />1. 02 RELATED WORK <br /> <br />A. Section 02490 - Trees, Shrubs, and Groundcover <br /> <br />1.03 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> <br />A. Standards: Federal Specifications (FS) O-F-24Ic (1), Fertilizers, Mixed, <br />Commercial. <br /> <br />B. Testing Agency: Independent Testing Laboratory. <br /> <br />C. Requirements or Regulatory Agencies: Conform to the requirements of <br />the State Department of Agriculture. <br /> <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Certificates: <br />1. Growers Certification: <br />(a) Grass species, and location of field from which sod is cut. <br />(b) Compliance with state and federal quarantine restrictions. <br />Manufacturer's certification of fertilizer and herbicide <br />composition. <br /> <br />B.
