Regarding the requirements listed in Section 1.6, can they be listed as part of the <br />Federal Form 330 or does it have to be part of the 10 pages? <br /> <br />· It may be included as part of the Federal Form 330. <br /> <br />3. Item 2 of Section 1.6 says: "A list of all projects...., Does this mean all debris <br />management projects? <br /> <br />· Yes. All projects related to this request for Proposal. <br /> <br />4. Does the City have a Solid Waste Department or is the disposal contracted out? <br /> <br />. It is contrach.'d out. <br /> <br />5. Regarding item 5a in the scoring sheet under the Scoring Narratives, should we <br />give a description of the reimbursements? <br /> <br />· Yes. .Just something describing the firm's effectiveness of requesting <br />and receiving reimbUl'sements. <br /> <br />6. Will there be a Cone of Silence and will questions asked be addressed and <br />forwarded to the interested parties? <br /> <br />· The Cone of Silent'e ordinance was repealed by this city <br />approximately five ye~lrs ago. However, we will handle eaeh firm as <br />professionally as possihle and respt'et their position as permitted hy <br />law. <br /> <br />This question brought up two more points that Mr. Conner wanted to address. First, as <br />the City receives questions they will be addressed and all the firms listed in the sign-in <br />sheet will get a copy. Second, the City is willing to schedule debriefings for the firms <br />that request them. <br /> <br />4.
