<br />Mr. Li has 15 years of experience in highway and civil design and construction administration. He
<br />serves as Project Manager for BERGER AVART on various civil and roadway projects. Clients include
<br />Miami-Dade County, Broward County, the Miami-Dade County School Board, the School Board of
<br />Broward County, the Florida Department of Transportation and local municipalities. His project
<br />experience includes water, sewer and drainage systems design; paving design; canal dredging;
<br />roadway design; maintenance of traffic; environmental permitting; and project coordination and

<br />· Water tank and distribution system study for the Village of Bal Harbour, Miami-Dade County,
<br />Florida. Used Cybernet (WaterCad) by Haestad Methods to model the water system and
<br />demonstrated that existing water tank could be demolished; completed the water tank
<br />demolition and water system repiping design and construction administration. Client

<br />~ SR 84 from Glades Parkway to Weston Road, Florida Department of Transportation,
<br />District IV, (Project ManagerIDesign Engineer). The scope of this project includes milling and
<br />resurfacing, public involvement, RRR Report, ADA upgrade, construction of missing concrete
<br />sidewalk, pavement design, photogrammetry, topographical survey, signing and pavement
