<br />CMF is pleased to submit its teams' qualification for the Heritage Park and Parking Garage. CMF is a Miami Based Firm
<br />established to provide professional Architectural, Interior Design and Construction Management services to municipal,
<br />governmental and private clients in South Florida.
<br />
<br />As a full service Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management firm, CMF is prepared to commit its staff and
<br />resources to design and complete this project for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. CMF has assembled a team of seasoned
<br />professional consultants with extensive experience in planning and design that address all the key design elements required
<br />for the success of this project. The team is capable of providing full Architectural/Engineering Services with expertise in the
<br />preparation of Construction Documents, and Construction Management. Our services shall include the following consulting
<br />tiers, architectural general design services and planning, public involvement, environmental engineering, geotechnical
<br />engineering, land surveyors, civil engineering, traffic engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical
<br />engineering and Construction Management and Inspection.

<br />During the course of the project, the team will be providing the following tasks that are crucial to the project scope of
<br />services. They include project management, planning and attending Public Involvement meetings, preparing and taking
<br />Public Opinion Surveys, preparing boundary and topographical surveying, driveway design, drainage, designing and
<br />selection of site lighting, environmental permitting and mitigation plans, utilities coordination, preparations of project
<br />specifications, bid administration including assisting the City in the Contractor selection process, construction administration
<br />that include shop drawing reviews and RFI responses, coordination of all utilities location and planning with the local
<br />agencies the impact of this park, environmental considerations, usage flow and accessibility, irrigation and landscaping.
<br />CMF understands the complexity of the project and is prepared to address all the challenges the project may bring, providing
<br />solutions that will grant a successful project.

<br />agencies, Educational Facilities, Recreational Facilities, Auditoriums, Hospitality/ Hotels, Commercial/Retail Stores,
<br />Restaurants and Medical! Health Facilities, Airport, and Mass Transit Stations/ Facilities. Specific project type experience
<br />provided by CMF International Group, Inc. that relate to the Heritage Park are projects completed for Miami-Dade County
<br />Parks Department by Carlos M. Flores, AlA and Miami International Airport by Flor C. Munoz, R.A.
