His direct relevance project experience is noted on the Homestead Air <br />Reserve Regional Park, where his role as Senior Project Manager and Designer, included the verification of the 40 acre <br />regional park master plan, prepared a utilities master plan, scope verification for all phases of development, design and <br />construction documents for Phase One that included recreational field center, multi soccer fields, multiple baseball fields <br />including lighting and irrigation systems, picnic shelters, restrooms and storage buildings, bike paths and pathways and 3 <br />parking lots. Other park project included the Women's Historic Gallery at the women's Park. As the Architect of Record, for <br />the project, his responsibilities included the design and overview of the project. The Women's Historic Gallery program is <br />similar to the program requirements for the Heritage Park such as, exhibit halls, lobby area, video/ projection room, <br />multipurpose room, administration work area parking area and a toddler playground. His construction management <br />experience includes the construction of multiple parks projects including the Southridge Aquatic Community Center that <br />include a Splash Pad Playground. <br /> <br />Flor Munoz, R.A. has been assigned to the Heritage Park Project as the Project Manager. As a registered architect with over <br />30 years of experience, Ms. Munoz has held various management level positions with the New York Transit Authority, <br />Kaiser Transit Group, Southern California Rapid Transit System (SCRTS) and Miami-Dade Aviation Department MIA). Her <br />direct relevance project experience is noted with the several parking structures and park projects, including a parking <br />structure for 500 cars at MIA. Other relevant project experience includes working on several park projects for the New York <br />Transit Authority as the Project Manager. Such projects include the Historic Restoration and renovation of Battery Park and <br />Bowling Green Park in lower Manhattan. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />As a full service Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management firm, CMF has assembled a team of seasoned <br />professionals with extensive experience in planning and designing of Parks and its ancillary facilities that address all the key <br />design elements required for this contract. The team is capable of providing full Architectural/Engineering Services with <br />expertise in the preparation of Construction Documents, and Construction Management. The team's consultants were <br />selected for their relative experience for the project type and related work required to work on the Heritage Park project. The <br />majority of the selected consultants have been involved on prior projects with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, gaining valuable <br />knowledge of the city as it relates to their area of expertise. The following firms are the engineering firms that will be <br />providing Professional Engineering Services. <br /> <br />The Professional Engineering Services will be performed by Pistorino & Alam Consulting Engineers, Inc. Pistorino & Alam <br />is a full service engineering firm that was established in Miami since 1967. The firm staff composed of 56 employees with 20 <br />structural engineers and 6 Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. The firm has direct project experience in designing parking <br />garage structures that exceed 500 parking spaces and similar park facilities. They have direct experience in working with the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach having been involved in numerous projects within the City limits. The structural engineering <br />design services will be led by Nasir M. Alam, P.E. as principal in charge to oversee the work, and managed by Tahir Iqbal <br />P.E. as the Project Manager. The electrical and mechanical engineering design service will be led by James Smith, P.E. and <br />Evgueni Savistky respectively. <br /> <br />The Professional Landscape Architecture and Master Planner is represented by Savino & Miller Design Studio a full service <br />Landscape architectural and planning firm that was established in Miami since 1993. The firm has direct project experience <br />in site planning for parking garage structures, municipal buildings and similar park facilities. They have direct experience in <br />working with the City of Sunny Isles Beach having been involved in the design of the City Hall Project as the landscape <br />architects. Their services included the site master plan, schematic design through construction phase for the planting, paving, <br />site lighting, irrigation and fountain design. Other park projects with direct relevance to this project are South Point Park for <br />the City of Miami Beach, Homestead Bayfront Park, Belle Isle Park and Metro Zoo. The Landscape Architectural services <br />will be led by Barry Miller as principal in charge to oversee the work, and design and managed by Adriana Savino-Miller as <br />the Project Manager. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The professional Civil Engineering Services will be performed by CES Consultants, Inc. with 20 years of experience and <br />with direct experience in municipal and park facilities. CES has been involved with various municipalities in providing civil <br />engineering services that include construction management services.
