Once the project <br />schedule is established for the Heritage Park and Parking <br />Garage project, it will serve as the timing mechanism to ensure <br />that the project is well coordinated, that reviews and approvals <br />occur on a timely and orderly basis, and that the project moves <br />forvvard to completion in an orderly manner, with no lost time <br />helping to ensure no lost dollars due to inflation. <br /> <br />Communication is essential to maintaining schedule. Formal <br />project team meetings will be held on established time frames, <br />typically every two weeks with informal team meetings being <br />held more frequently. Project reviews and quality assurance <br />checklists are conducted internally to verify schedule <br />compliance. She will work closely with Larry <br />Kline (Principal Designer), Paul Reinarman (Principal in Charge), <br />and George Puig (Landscape Architect and Park Planner). As a <br /> <br />resident of nearby Bay Harbor, Nina will have unrivaled access <br />to the proposed Sunny Isles Beach Heritage Park and Garage <br />project.
