All fees collected <br />pursuant hereto shall be set aside to offset the cost <br />of computer system purchases or technology <br />expenditures within the building department. <br /> <br />12. PRE - SUBMITTAL REVIEW FEES: <br /> <br />A-025 <br /> <br />A per hour fee will be assessed for Building, <br />Electrical Mechanical, Plumbing and Zoning review <br />when the customer elects to submit plans for pre - <br />submittal review. <br />A per hour fee will be assessed for Structural and <br />Landscaping pre - submittal review.
