Install steel pile <br />bulkhead main wall and anchor wall; bulkhead concrete encapsulation, excavation, dredging and placement of backfilled <br />material. Approximate value: $2.5 million. <br /> <br />FOOT District 6 - Baker's' Haulover Bridge Fender System Replacement, Miami, FL (2009) <br />Remove existing prestressed concrete pile and timber fender system. Install 202 each new 14" x 89# steel H-piles with <br />reinforced plastic walers with plastic lumber decking. Replace navigation light system, platforms and access ladders. The new <br />fender system is 224 LF long on each side with 7 wales vertically. Approximate value: $2.9 Million <br /> <br />US Navy - Research Lab Facility Repair, NAS Key West, FL (2007-2008) <br />Worked as a subcontractor to Freeland Construction on this NAVFAC project to drive a new 438 linear foot PZ 40 sheet pile wall <br />out in front of the existing wall. Demolish existing concrete wall cap and place a new concrete wall cap. Cast a new concrete <br />curb. Place concrete fill between the existing wall and the new wall. Encapsulate the front side on the new wall with 8" of <br />concrete from the top to two feet below the existing sea bottom. Install new stainless steel cleats and two new stainless steel <br />safety ladders with life ring stands. Approximate value: $1.9 million. <br /> <br />US Navy - Repair Marine Ops Facility, NAS Key West, FL (2008-2009) <br />Worked as subcontractor to Sauer, Inc. on this NAVFAC project to demolish piers 8-796, 8-797 & 8-798 and replace/repair <br />mooring hardware on pier 0-1. Reconstruct pier 8-796. Repair undermining of pier 0-1. Repair spalls on the face of pier 0-1. <br />Remove and replace concrete curb along pier 0-1. Install 125 each rubber arch fenders face or pier 0-1; remove sunken barge <br />and Install new plastic fender system pier 8-796. Approximate value: $7.1 million. <br /> <br />Cargill Sweeteners - Breasting Dolphin Structure, Tampa, FL (2007) <br />Fabricate a dolphin frame with four lS" sleeves, drive four 16" diameter piles through the sleeves, connect frame to the piles, <br />install 30' rebar cages inside the piles, fill piles with concrete, grout annulus between the piles an sleeves, install timber fender, <br />weld bit pipe in place and touch up paint. Approximate Value: $160K <br /> <br />Citgo - Marine Structure Demolition, Tampa, FL (2007) -Removal/Disposal of 4 out of service dolphins.
