Modification to <br />existing bulkheads to allow connection to new sheet piles. Install steel pile bulkhead main wall and anchor wall; <br />bulkhead concrete encapsulation, excavation, dredging and placement of backfilled material. Approximate value: <br />$2.5 million. <br /> <br />FOOT SR AlA Bridge/Bakers Haulover Inlet Fender System Miami, FL (02/2009 -12/2009) <br />Construction Manager responsible for removal of existing prestressed concrete pile and timber fender system. <br />Install 202 each new 14" x 89# steel H-piles with reinforced plastic walers with plastic lumber decking. Replace <br />navigation light system, platforms and access ladders. The new fender system is 224 LF long on each side with 7 <br />wales vertically. Approximate value: $3 million. <br /> <br />NAS Key West Trumbo Point - Marine Operations Facility, Key West, FL (2007 - 2009) <br />Subcontractor to Sauer Inc., on this Navy Project as Construction Manager for the demolition of three finger piers <br />250'x25', construction of one finger pier 250'x28'. Selective demolition & concrete encapsulation of 1200' quay <br />wall. Approximate Value: $7.5 million. <br /> <br />NAS Key West Trumbo Point - Naval Research Lab, Key West, FL (2007 - 2008) <br />Subcontractor to Freeland Construction on this Navy Project as Construction Manager to construct 425' bulkhead <br />wall with PZ 40 sheet pile and concrete encapsulation. Approximate value: $2.5 million. <br /> <br />FOOT - Rehab Sykes Creek Bridge, Cape Canaveral, FL (2006-2007) <br />Bridge repair/ rehab SR529 over Sykes Creek, construction of crutch bents for two existing bridges. Approximate <br />value: $1.3 million. <br /> <br />City of Myrtle Beach - 14th Avenue North Ocean Outfall, Myrtle Beach, SC (2005-2006) <br />Construction Manager responsible for the installation of approximately 1,200 If of parallel 84" concrete drainage <br />lines out into the Atlantic Ocean. Approximate value: $5.5 million. <br /> <br />City of Myrtle Beach-Oeephead Swash Ocean Outfall Phase II, Myrtle Beach, SC (2005 - 2006) Construction <br />Manager responsible for the installation of two (2) approximately 1,000 If each 60" diameter reinforced concrete <br />pipes by direct burial method to an ocean outfall at amount -22 ft.
