<br /> <br />city of Sunny Isles Beach <br />hofessional General Architectural Services <br />IF' NO. 10-04-02 <br /> <br /> <br />Cities of Hallandale, Miramar, Miami, Miami Lakes, Fort <br />Lauderdale, The School Boards of Miami-Dade, Broward <br />and Palm Beach Counties, among others, is identical in <br />nature to work advertised in this RFQ, as the services <br />ACAI provides have included a variety of tasks under an <br />open end contract basis. <br /> <br />In addition, As Campus <br />Architect for Nova <br />Southeastern University, <br />ACAI is currently serving <br />in wide repair projects, <br />assessment reports, <br />sketches, re-roofing <br />projects in numerous <br />buildings throughout all of NSU's Campuses through <br />Contract Administration of all vertical construction. <br />Projects include the $44MM, 800,000 gsf medical campus <br />complex in Davie, Florida. Other facilities locations <br />include North Miami Beach, Dania, Fort Lauderdale, Palm <br />Beach Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Ft. Myers and <br />Puerto Rico. Contract <br />ACAI has been selected as part of a library of consultants <br />to be used to provide professional planning and <br />engineering services for the following general types of <br />improvements: 1. Utilities Infrastructure Redevelopment, <br />Improvement, and Expansion: Includes potable water, <br /> <br />reclaimed water, wastewater, sanitary sewer, storm water, <br />and treatment works. 2. Public Buildings and Facilities: <br />Includes new municipal facilities (e.g. public safety <br />facilities and community centers) and renovations to <br />existing buildings. 3. Parks & Recreation: Includes new <br />parks and upgrades to existing facilities. 4. Energy <br />Conservation and 5. Its main function is to support daily park <br />administration, the adjacent 5,000-seat track and field <br />area, baseball pavilion and serve as a community center. <br />This Mediterranean Architectural style follows the style <br />standards of the City. <br />Contact: Michele N. Thomas Courthouse Center ADA <br />Coordination <br />ACAI was responsible for <br />providing full on-site ADA design <br />services for this 30-story County <br />Courthouse. Project duties <br />include providing ADA <br />Accessibility Investigations for <br />accessible parking, <br />entrances/exits, security <br />checkpoints, doors, protruding <br />objects, ramps, elevators/lifts, <br />signage, drinking fountains, <br />courtroom routes, spectator seating, jury boxes, witness <br />stands, courtroom furnishings, meeting spaces, public <br />telephones, etc. Additional assignments include Peer <br />Review of existing evaluation survey reports provided by <br />the Owner, which will be evaluated by ACAI staff to <br />prepare a preliminary cost estimate for the removal of <br />architectural barriers. <br />Contact: Antonio Tavares <br />Tel: 305.375.4797 <br /> <br /> <br />Miami-Dade County EDP ContinuinQ Contract <br />ACAI's Miami-Dade County experience includes various <br />projects awarded thru its Equitable Distribution Program. <br />The scope of services under this contract include, <br />complete professional architectural, civil engineering, <br />structural, MEP and landscape design services, <br />construction engineering and inspection services.
