<br />Beach Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Ft. Myers and
<br />Puerto Rico. We are currently on our 182nd project in 16
<br />years of continuing services.

<br />ACAI has been selected by the City of Hallandale Beach
<br />for an open-ended contract to provide Transportation
<br />Planning and Engineering, Traffic Studies, Utilities,
<br />Roadways, Geotechnical Consulting and Testing services.
<br />ACAI will be issued purchase orders on a project-by-
<br />project basis under this contract.

<br />City of Miramar AlE Services Cont. Contract
<br />ACAI has been selected as part of a library of consultants
<br />to be used to provide professional planning and
<br />engineering services for the following general types of
<br />improvements: 1. Utilities Infrastructure Redevelopment,
<br />Improvement, and Expansion: Includes potable water,
<br />
<br />reclaimed water, wastewater, sanitary sewer, storm water,
<br />and treatment works. 2. Public Buildings and Facilities:
<br />Includes new municipal facilities (e.g. public safety
<br />facilities and community centers) and renovations to
<br />existing buildings. 3. Parks & Recreation: Includes new
<br />parks and upgrades to existing facilities. 4. Energy
<br />Conservation and 5. Other consulting services that may
<br />be required to improve the City's services.

<br />City of Miramar Ansin Park Community Center
<br />This new one story, 9.000 s.f. facility is the second phase
<br />to Ansin Park. Its main function is to support daily park
<br />administration, the adjacent 5,000-seat track and field
<br />area, baseball pavilion and serve as a community center.
<br />This Mediterranean Architectural style follows the style
<br />standards of the City.

<br />City of Miami L.E. Thomas Courthouse Center ADA
<br />Coordination
<br />ACAI was responsible for
<br />providing full on-site ADA design
<br />services for this 30-story County
<br />Courthouse. Project duties
<br />include providing ADA
<br />Accessibility Investigations for
<br />accessible parking,
<br />entrances/exits, security
<br />checkpoints, doors, protruding
<br />objects, ramps, elevators/lifts,
<br />signage, drinking fountains,
<br />courtroom routes, spectator seating, jury boxes, witness
<br />stands, courtroom furnishings, meeting spaces, public
<br />telephones, etc. Additional assignments include Peer
<br />Review of existing evaluation survey reports provided by
<br />the Owner, which will be evaluated by ACAI staff to
<br />prepare a preliminary cost estimate for the removal of
<br />architectural barriers.

<br />Miami-Dade County EDP ContinuinQ Contract
<br />ACAI's Miami-Dade County experience includes various
<br />projects awarded thru its Equitable Distribution Program.
<br />The scope of services under this contract include,
<br />complete professional architectural, civil engineering,
<br />structural, MEP and landscape design services,
<br />construction engineering and inspection services. To date,
<br />we have provided our services at the following facilities:
<br />Miami Courthouse; Tamiami Air Rescue Facilities;
<br />Scalehouse buildings; Prototype K-9 Facility and Jackson
<br />Memorial Hospital Renovations
