<br />Administrator, primary focus was to ensure that the contractor provided a quality product in accordance with the
<br />Department's plans and specifications and that the project met or exceeded the FDOT established time and
<br />money goals. Project specific responsibilities included the review and approval of the construction (CPM)
<br />schedule, the implementation of the public awareness plan, the Quality Assurance of project documentation
<br />(monthly and final estimates packages, supplemental agreements, change orders, time extensions, material
<br />certification, etc.), and the coordination of day to day activities between the contractors, municipalities, permitting
<br />agencies and the Department. In addition, assisted in the resolution of contractor claims and extra work issues,
<br />managed both in-house and consultant CEI personnel, and together with CEI team, developed the Project
