<br />Project E:ngineel Construction of a 7.3 miles of roadway and bike path for
<br />Miami-Dade Transit. Responsible for the design of all roadway signalization,
<br />pavement marking, and drainage systems as well as plans and contract
<br />document production and construction administration. The project design
<br />involved intersection improvements, street lighting, signalization,
<br />maintenance of traffic, and engineered mitigation of in-situ contaminated
<br />soils within significant portions of the project corridor. (2001-2008)

<br />45" Street I Haverhlll Road, Palm Beach County. Florida Dri>in iljt'
<br />Engineer Roadway reconstruction and widening of 1.3 miles of urban
<br />arterial between Jog Road and Haverhill Road. The project involves
<br />widening the road to three lanes, a new intersection, milling and resurfacing,
<br />drainage improvements, a new bridge crossing of Florida's Turnpike,
<br />signalization, right of way acquisition, utility coordination, signing, and
<br />pavement marking. Responsible for the design of signalization at two
<br />intersaections an all pavement marking. (2006-2008)

<br />Engineer Reconstruction of three miles of an urban arterial for FDOT
<br />District 6. Responsible for roadway and drainage design, signalization,
<br />lighting, plans and contract document production and construction
<br />administration. Project involved complete reconstruction of seawall,
<br />pavement, sidewalk, and drainage systems as well as significant project
<br />permitting. Project is currently under construction and post-design services
<br />are in progress. (2001-2008)

<br />Washington Avenue Parking Lot, Homestead, Florida, Project Manager
<br />Site development project for the City of Homestead Community
<br />Redevelopment Agency to create a new one-acre, 68-space parking facility
<br />in the Downtown Business District. Project involved site layout, paving,
<br />drainage improvements, irrigation, landscaping, signing, lighting and post-
<br />design services. (2006 - 2007)

<br />Audoban Park, Homestead, Florida Project Manager - Site development
<br />project for the City of Homestead Parks and Recreation Department to
<br />construct improvements to the existing City park. Project included of a new
<br />parking lot, site grading, multi-use path, lighting, and landscaping and post-
<br />design services. (2006 - 2007)

<br />Force Main Improvements, City of Dania Beach Florida ProJ<O'l t
<br />Manager Construction of 2,300 linear feet of 16" sanitary sewer force main
<br />under a joint project agreement between Dania Beach and FDOT. The
<br />project involved fast-track design to upgrade and relocate existing sanitary
<br />systems in advance of planned road improvements and to service local
<br />redevelopment. The project also involved significant traffic control,
<br />permitting, and post-design services. (2007-2008)
